How quickly can you set up in my business?

Typically, we can deploy Agent Chirp within four weeks. This includes time required to consult with you to fine-tune, customise, test your AI phone agent and integrate plus deploy your fully customised AI phone agent. More complex agents and workflows may take more time.

What is the set up process like?

Our team of AI product and engineering experts will work closely with you to gather information on your processes to ensure your AI phone agent has the ideal integrations, knowledge, mannerisms and voice to represent and integrate into your business.

Can AI calls be transferred to a human?

Yes. AI calls can seamlessly transfer to your staff, along with a summary of the conversation so far. This will allow your staff to pick up where Chirp left off and customers don’t need to repeat themselves.

Can we perform outbound calls?

Yes. We can easily automate basic outbound calls like reminders and confirmations to customers at the fraction of a cost.

Can I customise what and how my agent speaks?

Yes. We can clone your AI phone agent’s voice to sound and act like you. If you don’t want to clone your own voice, we have hundreds of high quality voices to choose from.

Will you use my data to train AI models?

No. We will never use your data for any other purpose than to provide services directly to you. Chirp AI will never sell your data to any third parties. Safe guarding your data and privacy is our priority.

Can the agent automate or interact with my business workflows?

How many calls can it handle at the same time?

Our Launch and Scale plans can handle up to 5 simultaneous calls with the ability expand to more if required. If you expect a high volume of call concurrency, contact a Chirp AI expert to discuss a custom plan to support your business needs.

Will I be able to know what kind of conversations the agent is having with my customers?

Yes, our Chirp AI records all calls automatically and provides I-enhanced summaries and insights. Call recordings and transcripts can be reviewed in our Call Audit & Analytics Dashboard.

Are your phone agents only available through phone?

Our agents are only available through the phone in our standard offerings. However, if you have unique business needs that require the agent to be accessible through a different  voice medium other than phone, please discuss this with one of our Chirp AI experts as we'd love to try help.  

Do I need to change my business phone number to use the agent?

No. Your existing customer facing number can stay the same and it will instead forward your customer calls to be connected with the AI phone agent. If you need a number, we can also provide a customer facing business number that will connect to the AI phone agent.

Do I need to manage any new software to use Agent Chirp?

No. Chirp AI is an end to end fully managed Service-as-a-software offering. We manage and handle all software, integration and infrastructure related activities to do with our AI agent and allow you to focus on more important business activities.
